Mr. Alfred Wangala has been with the organisation since 2006. He began as a volunteer trainer, in his own area he then trained 36 volunteer trainers in 2008. Because of their knowledge gained by being part of the Three Stones Programme many of these trainers have been recruited to take part in a government programme teaching their neighbours health education.

He is a father of six and teaches Swahilli and English at a secondary school. He is a senior pastor of a Baptist church. Alfred’s strength is his exceptional communication skills. He is excellent at capturing the hearts of those he teaches.

Tiffany has been working with the Three Stones team both in the office and on the field. She came interested in preventative health care and after being in the villages and experiencing the training she is now fully committed to the need for health education in Uganda.

Tiffany is married to her husband, Jander Talen who is a teacher at a Christian international school in Kampala. This is their first year in Uganda but they have recently committed to staying on for another year.

       Regional Trainer

Mr. Godfrey Kiiza was trained with the organization in 2006/07. He has spent many hours teaching his community the Three Stones Programme. Through the teaching one of his neighbors won a National Competition for improved sanitation in his home. Godfrey is continually invited by many pastors and community leaders to teach the Three Stones Programme. Godfrey’s enthusiasm and commitment is a huge asset to the programme.

Godfrey has four children, two boys and two girls. Before the programme, due to ill health and medical expenses, he was unable to pay school fees for his children. As their health and therefore family income improved, all of his children now attend school. Godfrey is very proud that his family has spent six years free from Diarrhea diseases and four years without contracting malaria.
